How do I make a return?
You have 7 days from the delivery date to submit your return request.
- Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org request a Return Authorization, the email should include the following information:
- Your full name
- Order Number
- Item name(s)
- Reason for your return
Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer.
We suggest shipping your return using a traceable method and insuring the package since we cannot be held responsible for packages we do not ship ourselves

- Returns for store credits and exchanges are accepted on items that are in original condition, have not been worn, altered, washed or dry cleaned within 7 days of receipt of purchase.

Please return your defective order within 7 days for a full refund minus shipping, all returns will be thoroughly inspected and we reserve the right to refuse any returns that are not in original unworn condition and unwashed (free of any stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear) with tags attached.
