Returns, Replacements & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping at shopEmmalynLove.com, we are committed to providing you with a great shopping experience and want you to enjoy shopping with us. Please contact us if there is ever a problem with your order and we will make every effort to make it right..

We are a small boutique and carry limited quantities. Defective items must be reported within 2 days from day received any layer items will not be considered for a full refund.  Please return your order within 7 days for a full refund minus shipping, all returns will be thoroughly inspected and we reserve the right to refuse any returns that are not in original unworn condition and unwashed (free of any stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear) with tags attached.

Please take the following steps for us to process your return efficiently:

  • . Defective items must be reported within 2 days from received date or items will not be considered for a full refund.
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that are in original condition, have not been worn, altered, washed or dry cleaned within 7 days of receipt of purchase.
  • . Final sale on all international orders, pre-orders, special orders, sale items, hair accessories, gifts, non-clothing (bathing suit, undergarments, bodysuits, ) and jewelry.
  • . Final sale on all items purchased with a coupon code.
  • . Please email us at emma@emmalynlove.comto request a Return Authorization code.
  • . A return without an RA code or not returned within the specified time will be shipped back without refund.

To start returns please follow the instructions below: 

Send an email to emma@emmalynlove.com  include the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Order Number
  • Item name(s)
  • Reason for your return

We suggest shipping your return using a traceable method and insuring the package since we cannot be held responsible for packages we do not ship ourselves.

Refunds

Refunds for your return merchandise will be processed once the product is received. Please allow 1-5 business days for return processing. Once your return has been processed, your refund will be issued.

Exchanges

We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.

However, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a refund when we've received your return. That way, you may use the refund towards the correct item/size or for another item.
